Handmade masterpieces crafted by italian artisans
We give life to each new model through an extensive production process, which lasts about 2 months for resin reproductions with metal parts.
For die-cast versions, it takes between 12 and 18 months of accurate work.
A complete resin model requires over 150 pieces, while it takes over 700 pieces meticulously crafted for a die-cast reproduction.
For some resin replica lines and all die-cast versions, production and final assembly take place abroad, following precise specifications defined by BBR’s italian design team.

DESIGN
Each BBR reproduction is based on the original designs of the real cars, provided by the brand headquarters.
During the design process, prototypes are created to verify that the integration and movement of the components are perfect and to make any changes if needed.
This is a process similar to the design of watches by the majority of the world’s most prestigious companies.
PRODUCTION – We use the same process used to create the survival cells of Formula 1 cars.
Once the prototype is tested and approved, we move on to the production.
Each individual piece is made through an autoclave that works under vacuum in compression, to prevent the formation of bubbles.

PAINTED LIKE REAL CARS
Once pieces are printed, a qualified craftsman prepares them for painting.
To obtain identical results to real cars and preserve the color over time, the paints used are those of the automotive industry, recreating the exact color thanks to the formulas sent by the parent company.
To ensure that models come out completely clean and free of smudges, BBR uses pressurized cabins, like in body shops.
HIGH QUALITY CHECK
Before completing the model, specialized craftsmen prepare the pieces (assemble the dashboard, insert the seat belts into the seats, etc.).
Then, other highly qualified workers take care of the final assembly.
To ensure perfection, meticulous checks are performed at every stage of production, from prototype to final assembly.
